About Bryan

Based in Vancouver, BC, Bryan has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on air quality, climate, and meteorology, holding senior leadership roles at several major consulting firms, including AtkinsRéalis, where he served as BC Team Leader for the Acoustics, Air Quality, and Climate Change group for 10 years, and Ausenco, where he led the national Air Quality, Noise, and Climate group for 2 years.

Bryan has delivered projects across a wide range of industrial sectors and for all levels of government in Canada. For the federal government, he led the development of two key emissions modelling tools:

  • the Marine Emissions Inventory Tool (MEIT);

  • the Port Emissions Inventory Tool (PEIT).

PEIT has been widely applied across Canada’s port system and continues to be maintained by Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Bryan has completed the atmospheric components of numerous large-scale environmental impact assessments for the port, mining, and oil and gas sectors, serving the role of  Qualified Professional (Air Quality) on multiple occasions. Bryan has also assisted clients with regulatory permitting applications across multiple Canadian jurisdictions.
